Western Group member Glen Smale was invited as guest speaker at the end of year dinner for the Porsche Club of GB inaugural National Hillclimb Championships.
He outlined his career as a motor sport photographer, journalist and writer.
Glen started his motor journalism career in South Africa in the early-90s and moved the UK in 1999.
Since 2005 he has written ten books on sports cars and motor racing, six of which cover Porsche’s achievements both on and off the track and he runs the specialist photographic agency Virtual Motorpix and administers a comprehensive archive of automobilia.
Glen is pictured with Terry Davison (right), past chairman of the Porsche Club Great Britain, who raced Porsches for many years in the international historic championship, and Super Sports Cup.
